About New Ground Audio
New Ground Audio is a mastering house built around collaboration, openness and care for the music.
Co-founded by Cicely Balston, a two time MPG Mastering Engineer of the Year, and Oli Morgan, a GRAMMY nominated mastering engineer and immersive mixer, the studio brings world class mastering expertise to Dean St.
Cicely’s work includes mastering and remastering David Bowie’s back catalogue from the original tapes, as well as records by Witch Fever, Palace and David Gray. Oli’s credits include The Beatles’ Now and Then, The Cure’s Songs of a Lost World, and projects for Paul McCartney, Queen and Sam Smith.
Together they have created a mastering house that puts art and people first. A place where collaboration leads the process and the final sign off feels like a celebration.
